Blessing of the Model Houses 1-21-2012

Last January 21, 2012, Robinsons Homes Cebu held blessing of the model units in Aspen Heights Subdivision.  Aspen Heights is an affordable nature-inspired subdivision minutes from the city developed by one of the country's most dependable real estate developers.  Robinsons Homes completed the construction of 3 model houses: Fiona, Arielle, and Winnie.

The blessing was attended by officials from Robinsons Land Corporation Head Office. The Cebu contingent was lead by Branch Manager Ms. Mary Jane Balintag. Agents and brokers brought some clients to grace the event. Representatives of partner also went to support the event.

December 2011 Site development updates

December 2011 updates of Aspen Heights:

1. Construction of the new gate is almost finished.
2. Construction of perimeter fence between Windfields and Aspen Heights is completed.
3. Simba and Aurora construction has started.
4. Arielle and Winnie house models are 90% complete.

 The new gate will be exclusive to Aspen Heights residents while the old gate will be used as a common gate for Aspen Heights and the other nearby subdivisions.

 The newly constructed fence gives residents privacy and added security.

 After constructing the first 3 house models, Robinsons Homes has started building two more house models.

 The clubhouse construction is almost complete.

Event: BPI Housing Madness

The Bank of the Philippine Islands is having 3-day housing madness in Cebu. The event will be held this weekend starting tomorrow October 14 at the Ayala Center Cebu. 1. The swimming pools have been titles. The main pool is quite deep at 6 feet.
2. Clubhouse construction is on schedule.
3. The model houses have roofs and the Arielle model is in the finishing stages. The model houses will be finished in estimated 1 month.
4. Block 8 near the clubhouse is selling well.

Robinsons Land Corporation will be launching its fourth project in Cebu today. The Azalea Place will be a condominium development under the Robinsons Residences brand. New Blocks for Sale: July 2011

Robinsons Homes Cebu has started opening blocks 4, 5, and 8 for sale.  Lot cuts are from 108 to 234 sqm. Price ranges from 5,500 to 7,500 per square. The lots are available via the Super Easy 20-80 scheme where your 20% DP is payable in 18 months with the balance through bank financing (BPI, Robinsons Bank, and Metrobank).

Block 8 is the first block sold in the elevated portion of the subdivision. It is located near the clubhouse. This block has only 14 lots, so we suggest that you schedule a site tour with us as soon as possible.

June 2011 Aspen Heights Site Updates

 Clubhouse Construction is going along pretty well and it is on schedule.

 The swimming pool construction is underway and they have started concreting.  You can now see its final location and shape.

 The workers are now concentrating on the Winnie model and it will be finished by the 3rd quarter of this year.

The Fiona and Arielle models are more than 50% complete.  You can now view the interior partitions of these models.
