Buyer's Requirements for Aspen Heights

Here are some requirements by Robinsons Homes if you want to buy a lot in Aspen Heights:


BUYER’S LIST OF REQUIREMENTS

1.     2 Valid ID’s (Company ID/Driver’s License/Passport)
2.     Valid ID of spouse
3.     Tin Card
4.     Community Tax Certificate or Cedula
5.     Birth Certificate & CENOMAR (if single)
6.     Marriage Certificate (if married)
7.     Death Certificate (if widow)
8.     2 x 2 ID picture (colored 2pcs.)
9.     1 month payslip and ITR or Notarized/Consularized Certificate of employment w/ compensation
10.   Notarized/Consularized OFW Contract of employment or Bank Statement
11.   Latest 6 mos. Bank Statement for Bank financing or ESAV/MSVS for Pag-ibig
