Payment: 20-80 Super Easy Scheme

Most of the clients of Aspen Heights avail of Robinsons Homes 20-80 NO Spot Down Payment Scheme.  This scheme allows buyers to purchase a lot with a 20% Down payment payable in 18 months without interest.  The 80% balance will be paid through bank loan from our partner banks (BPI, Banco De Oro, Robinsons Bank).  Reservation Fee is 10,000 pesos. A 4% miscellaneous fee will be charge for title transfers and other expenses. This fee can also be amortized in 18 equal and interest-free installments.
