This is the most affordable among the designs recently launched by Robinsons Homes.  This design is perfect for Aspen Heights Subdivision.  Robinsons Homes Cebu will build a model unit within this year.

Company Headlines: Robinsons Land to build 30th Mall

Robinsons Land has announced that it will be building its 30th Mall in the country in Pangasinan.  The article also stated that RLC will pursue mall developments in Punta Princesa, Palawan, Magnolia, Quezon City, and CEBU.

This means that RLC will be putting up major investments in Cebu in the next couple of years.

As of June 15, Blocks 28, 29, 30 and 31 are practically sold out.  Few lots lefts in block 32, 34, 34 and 37.
The newly opened lots (Blks 38, 39 and 40) are located in the upper-left corner of the map.

May open house for Aspen Heights

Robinsons Homes had another open house for its newest subdivision development in Cebu, Aspen Heights.  It was a well attended event by clients, in-house brokers, accredited brokers, and office staff.  Clients who decided to reserve on the event proper were given Robinsons Supermarket gift certificates.  Agents were also rewarded gift certificates for every sale that they book in the day.  Lunch was served and it was a very successful indeed.

Guests were toured around the site and were given a chance to enjoy to view in our mini-Gazebo at the highest  peak of the subdivision.
