Open House and Ground-breaking set on November 27

Robinsons Homes will host an open house in its newest subdivision project in Cebu, Aspen Heights on Saturday, November 27.  This event coincides the groundbreaking of the subdivision's clubhouse and the start of site development.  The event will be held at the house models near the clubhouse.  Food will be served for buyers and lot owners who decide to visit Aspen Heights on November 27. There will also special give-aways for clients who intend to reserve on that day. Most of the clients of Aspen Heights avail of Robinsons Homes 20-80 NO Spot Down Payment Scheme.  This scheme allows buyers to purchase a lot with a 20% Down payment payable in 18 months without interest.  The 80% balance will be paid through bank loan from our partner banks (BPI, Banco De Oro, Robinsons Bank).  Reservation Fee is 10,000 pesos. A 4% miscellaneous fee will be charge for title transfers and other expenses. This fee can also be amortized in 18 equal and interest-free installments.

Block 1.  The corner lots of Block 1 is sloping a little while the top lots are elevated from Block 32.
Block 35 even numbered lots.  The lots are elevated from the odd-numbered half and is generally flat.
Block 2.  There are portions of this block that will lots that will be back to back from each other. The top lots though will have no neighbors at the back.
Some lots in Block 2 will be overlooking Mactan, Liloan, and Consolacion while some will have the view of the Aspen Heights Subdivision's first phase.

Robinsons Land has announced that it will be building its 30th Mall in the country in Pangasinan.  The article also stated that RLC will pursue mall developments in Punta Princesa, Palawan, Magnolia, Quezon City, and CEBU.

This means that RLC will be putting up major investments in Cebu in the next couple of years.

May open house for Aspen Heights

Robinsons Homes had another open house for its newest subdivision development in Cebu, Aspen Heights.  It was a well attended event by clients, in-house brokers, accredited brokers, and office staff.  Clients who decided to reserve on the event proper were given Robinsons Supermarket gift certificates.  Agents were also rewarded gift certificates for every sale that they book in the day.  Lunch was served and it was a very successful indeed.
Guests were toured around the site and were given a chance to enjoy to view in our mini-Gazebo at the highest  peak of the subdivision.
