Another month has passed and here is how the Aspen Heights Subdivision looks like a few weeks ago.

SM Consolacion on schedule for 2012 opening

The next SM mall in Cebu will be opening this year in Lamac, Consolacion. The new mall will be 3 kilometers away from the Aspen Heights Subdivision. SM City Consolacion will have 4 cinemas, an SM Hypermaket, SM Department Store, Abenson, National Bookstore, Toy Kingdom and many more. Here are some pictures taken recently at their construction site:

Having a nearby mall means that residents of nearby subdivisions in Consolacion like Aspen Heights will not need to travel far for entertainment or to buy items like meat, school supplies, and appliances.  The new mall will surely foster new developments and economic growth for the town.
