New Blocks open for Sale: Block 6 and Block 15

The lots in Phase 1 and 2 are almost sold out.  To increase the inventory, Robinsons Homes Cebu has decided to open for sale two new blocks at the overlooking portion of Aspen Heights Subdivision in Consolacion, Cebu.  The new blocks is around 20 meters higher than the lots near the main road. Lots at Block 15 and Block 6 are generally flat.  The minimum price per square meter for the new lots is 7,000 pesos. Lot cuts range from 110 to 184 sqm.

SM Consolacion on schedule for 2012 opening

The next SM mall in Cebu will be opening this year in Lamac, Consolacion. The new mall will be 3 kilometers away from the Aspen Heights Subdivision. SM City Consolacion will have 4 cinemas, an SM Hypermaket, SM Department Store, Abenson, National Bookstore, Toy Kingdom and many more. Having a nearby mall means that residents of nearby subdivisions in Consolacion like Aspen Heights will not need to travel far for entertainment or to buy items like meat, school supplies, and appliances.  The new mall will surely foster new developments and economic growth for the town.

Blessing of the Model Houses 1-21-2012

Last January 21, 2012, Robinsons Homes Cebu held blessing of the model units in Aspen Heights Subdivision.  Aspen Heights is an affordable nature-inspired subdivision minutes from the city developed by one of the country's most dependable real estate developers.  Robinsons Homes completed the construction of 3 model houses: Fiona, Arielle, and Winnie.

The blessing was attended by officials from Robinsons Land Corporation Head Office. The Cebu contingent was lead by Branch Manager Ms. Mary Jane Balintag. Agents and brokers brought some clients to grace the event. Representatives of partner also went to support the event.

Open House and Ground-breaking set on November 27

Robinsons Homes will host an open house in its newest subdivision project in Cebu, Aspen Heights on Saturday, November 27.  This event coincides the groundbreaking of the subdivision's clubhouse and the start of site development.  The event will be held at the house models near the clubhouse.  Food will be served for buyers and lot owners who decide to visit Aspen Heights on November 27. There will also special give-aways for clients who intend to reserve on that day. Block 1.  The corner lots of Block 1 is sloping a little while the top lots are elevated from Block 32.

Block 35 even numbered lots.  The lots are elevated from the odd-numbered half and is generally flat.

Block 2.  There are portions of this block that will lots that will be back to back from each other. The top lots though will have no neighbors at the back.

Some lots in Block 2 will be overlooking Mactan, Liloan, and Consolacion while some will have the view of the Aspen Heights Subdivision's first phase.

Company Headlines: Robinsons Land to build 30th Mall

Robinsons Land has announced that it will be building its 30th Mall in the country in Pangasinan.  The article also stated that RLC will pursue mall developments in Punta Princesa, Palawan, Magnolia, Quezon City, and CEBU.

This means that RLC will be putting up major investments in Cebu in the next couple of years.

May open house for Aspen Heights

Robinsons Homes had another open house for its newest subdivision development in Cebu, Aspen Heights.  It was a well attended event by clients, in-house brokers, accredited brokers, and office staff.  Clients who decided to reserve on the event proper were given Robinsons Supermarket gift certificates.  Agents were also rewarded gift certificates for every sale that they book in the day.  Lunch was served and it was a very successful indeed.

Guests were toured around the site and were given a chance to enjoy to view in our mini-Gazebo at the highest  peak of the subdivision.
