December 2011 updates of Aspen Heights:
1. Construction of the new gate is almost finished.
2. Construction of perimeter fence between Windfields and Aspen Heights is completed.
3. Simba and Aurora construction has started.
4. Arielle and Winnie house models are 90% complete.

The new gate will be exclusive to Aspen Heights residents while the old gate will be used as a common gate for Aspen Heights and the other nearby subdivisions.
The newly constructed fence gives residents privacy and added security.
After constructing the first 3 house models, Robinsons Homes has started building two more house models.
The clubhouse construction is almost complete.
Arielle House Model - 3,249,000 (+VAT) for House (72 net floor area) and Lot (120 sqm)
Fiona House Model --- SOLD
Winnie House Model - 2,537,100 for House (56 sqm floor area) and Lot (103 sqm)
Landscaping of house models will start in January 2012
