Lot availability as of September 15, 2010. Most of the elevated lots of Block 2 has been sold as well as the corner lots. Blk 1 corner lots are available and smaller lots are still available in blocks 37, 38, and 39.

ReplyDeletePrice per square meter now is from 4500-7500. The 3,700 to 4,000 prices are way back in 2010. Cash discount is at 8% if paid within 7 days from reservation. 6% discount is given if paid within 30 days. For sample computations, you may email: aspenhghts@gmail.com
