These pictures were taken in the first week of April.  
Here are some updates:
1. The construction of the new road separating Aspen Heights from Windfields Subdivision has started.
2. The fencing of some lots has also started.
3. Clubhouse construction is going on schedule.
4. Model Houses are starting to take shape specially the Arielle, Fiona, and Winnie

About the project: Aspen Heights is a subdivision at the elevated portion of the town of Consolacion, Cebu.  It is built for the middle-class market and focusing on first time lot buyers.  They typical lot cuts is from 120 sqm to 220 sqm.  Currently, the price per square meter is from 4,500 to 4,800 pesos only.  Robinsons Homes offers the lots at  No Spot-down payment,  Zero-interest schemes.  One can purchase a lot for as low as 4,800 a month.
