Aspen Height's Investor's Day January 2015

Robinsons Homes Cebu held an Investor's Day for Aspen Heights yesterday at Bo's Coffee Robinsons Cybergate. The event was attended by Head of Sales Ms. Christine Chan Santiago.  It was well attended event.  During the 6-hour event, the guests and agents were able to talk about the projects of Robinsons Homes in a very cozy atmosphere.  The attendees were treated to some delicious of Bo's Coffee.

Block 9 is now open for sale

Due to an overwhelming demand for new inventories, Robinsons Homes Cebu has opened a new block for sale in Aspen Heights.  Block 9 is located in the overlooking portion of the residential development. New Blocks open for Sale: Block 6 and Block 15

The lots in Phase 1 and 2 are almost sold out.  To increase the inventory, Robinsons Homes Cebu has decided to open for sale two new blocks at the overlooking portion of Aspen Heights Subdivision in Consolacion, Cebu.  The new blocks is around 20 meters higher than the lots near the main road. Lots at Block 15 and Block 6 are generally flat.  The minimum price per square meter for the new lots is 7,000 pesos. Lot cuts range from 110 to 184 sqm.

New Blocks for Sale: July 2011


Robinsons Homes Cebu has started opening blocks 4, 5, and 8 for sale.  Lot cuts are from 108 to 234 sqm. Price ranges from 5,500 to 7,500 per square. The lots are available via the Super Easy 20-80 scheme where your 20% DP is payable in 18 months with the balance through bank financing (BPI, Robinsons Bank, and Metrobank).
Block 8 is the first block sold in the elevated portion of the subdivision. It is located near the clubhouse. This block has only 14 lots, so we suggest that you schedule a site tour with us as soon as possible.

March 2011 Update: Robinsons Homes starts roadworks and model houses construction

This is the location of the new road to the Aspen Heights lots

The road will be 12 meters and will have a fence to separate Aspen Heights from existing Winfield Subdivision

Block 29 (previously 34) is the location of the 5 model units

This structure will be demolished and an Aurora house model will be built

5 Disney Series model houses will be built in this area





The back part is the main drainage and their will be a cyclone fence at the back portion of the lots along the main drainage
This photos were taken on March 22, 2011.  This blog will post new photos of Aspen Heights Subdivision every 2 weeks.  Robinsons Homes expect a lot of changes and development in the site for the coming months.  It is expected that some people will start building their houses by the end of this year.
